Freda has over thirty years of nursing experience, and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2004. Over the years, she has practiced in Adult Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Acute Long-Term Care, Acute Care of hospitalized patients, Chronic Care, as well as, patients with Anxiety and Depression Disorders.
She received her License in Belief Therapy from the Therapon Institute, Merrero, LA. A Belief Therapist uses the faith-based lie-versus-truth counseling technique based on the premise that people do what they do, because they believe what they believe. She has also received a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Udemy Inc Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, and is a certified Anger Management Specialist.
She is passionate about helping people reach a place where they can live their best lives and to live the life that God intended.

Through telemedicine, our mission is to inspire hope and contribute to the health and well-being of every one of our patients, by providing Faith Based counseling through Belief Therapy and/or the use of psychiatric medication if needed.
